Clara Saraceno awarded ERC Proof of Concept Grant

Congratulations to CSaS-Professor Clara Saraceno, who has been awarded an ERC Proof of Concept Grant!
Clara Saraceno, Head of the Department Photonics & Ultrafast Laser Science (PULS), received the ERC Proof of Concept Grant to facilitate the transfer of her scientific results into industry. Prof. Saraceno from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, RUB, is developing novel, laser-based high-performance light sources in the terahertz range of the electromagnetic spectrum. She has already received a Consolidator Grant from the European Research Council and will receive this additional funding for the transfer of her previous scientific work.
